I believe that humans are good and possess everything they need to achieve wholeness. At the same time, I acknowledge how exterior forces, like social issues, affect our ability to heal.

I take a holistic approach to healing, acknowledging the physical, mental, emotional, sexual, social, and relational factors that affect one’s wellness.

Counseling

Counseling is a great option both for people who are motivated and ready for change and those who just feel off or stuck and don’t know what to do or aren’t quite ready to make big shifts yet. Counseling is only available to those in the state of Arkansas, where I am licensed.

I use an integrative approach to therapy, using a combination of Brainspotting, parts-work, and mind-body work with my clients. As a counseling client, you may experience a variety of evidenced-based interventions in effort to deepen self awareness and remediate identified mental health issues.

Sessions are available in-person and online.

I work with clients on a number of issues including:

  • anxiety

  • depression

  • PTSD / CPTSD

  • body-image issues

  • disordered eating

  • low self-esteem

  • stress

Wellness Coaching

While counseling is more broad in its offerings, coaching is a great option if you specifically have a strong readiness for change and are wanting some direction, accountability, and a healthy amount of challenge in order to reach your goals. While counseling clients must be in the state of Arkansas, coaching is available regardless of where you are located.

As a coaching client, you may receive Brainspotting sessions to process unresolved trauma, parts work to deepen self awareness and connection, guidance in embodiment and/or yogic exercises, lifestyle recommendations, and accountability in accomplishing weekly intentions. 

Coaching goals may be: 

  • reduction in anxiety or stress

  • improved body image

  • improved relationship with food

  • increased self-confidence

  • improved self-care

Yoga

I offer individual and small group Ayurvedic yoga sessions designed to address your particular health goals. Yoga supports you in your goals by increasing mindfulness, connection to your body and intuition, and moving and releasing stagnant energy in the body. 

Individual Ayurvedic yoga sessions aim to meet individual client goals and ultimately restore balance. Before beginning the first session, clients complete a questionnaire to assess their wellness by utilizing Ayurvedic philosophy. Identifying imbalances and wellness goals informs how I create yoga practices for each client. You may also receive lifestyle recommendations based on your health goals at your request. 

Private yoga sessions can be targeted toward:

  • emotion regulation

  • nervous system care

  • mental health concerns

  • aches and pains

  • flexibility 

  • prenatal / postnatal

single session (50 mins) |  $110

package of 5 sessions |  $500
